About this role

ABIS is seeking an experienced Civil Incharge (Industrial Services) for Oil & Gas projects to oversee and manage all civil engineering activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of civil engineering practices specific to the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise all civil engineering works related to oil and gas industrial services for ARAMCO / SABIC
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures on-site.
Manage resources, schedules, and work plans to optimize project delivery.
Conduct site inspections, review progress, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil engineering within the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience in managing industrial services civil projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards in oil & gas environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.
