Chief Technology Officer

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets to lead our technology vision and execution.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of scaling platforms while ensuring security, performance, and regulatory awareness.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall technology strategy and architecture aligned with business goals

Lead the design, development, and scaling of crypto / digital asset platforms

Take hands-on ownership of core technology decisions, architecture reviews, and critical implementations

Oversee blockchain integrations, wallets, exchanges, APIs, and smart contract interactions

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance (data protection, transaction integrity, system resilience)

Build, mentor, and manage engineering teams (internal / external)

Collaborate closely with business, compliance, and product stakeholders

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies relevant to the crypto ecosystem

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead role

Prior hands-on experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets

Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms, wallets, exchanges, APIs, and distributed systems

Experience with modern tech stacks (cloud, microservices, DevOps)

Strong understanding of security, scalability, and system reliability

Ability to balance startup agility with enterprise-grade discipline
