We are seeking an experienced Chef de Parti to join our culinary teams and uphold the exceptional standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group. As Chef de Parti, you will ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation while maintaining the presentation and taste.

Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Chef de Parti responsibilities; Execute innovative and authentic Italian menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity

Be a valued member of our kitchen team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment

Train and develop your culinary techniques, food safety standards, and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality throughout all kitchen areas

How to succeed as Chef de Parti at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group; Proven experience as a Chef de Parti in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant

In-dept knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culinary techniques

Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
