**Responsibilities**

* Design and drive a comprehensive change plan using structured methodologies such as **ADKAR**.
* Create conditions for successful adoption by anticipating resistance and supporting impacted teams during the transition.
* Plan and coordinate change activities to ensure internal and external stakeholders are prepared for new ways of working.
* Collaborate with core project teams to align communication strategies and project priorities.
* Monitor progress and identify potential risks to provide clear status reporting.
* Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions linked to process improvement and transformation.
