Founded by visionary leaders Pavel Fedorov, George Chesakov, and Raffy Montemayor, Salmon is more than just a fast-growing technology company – we're a bank with over 60 years of heritage. In 2024, we proudly transformed the Rural Bank of Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Inc. into Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc.

With over 1 million Filipinos already trusting Salmon, we are continuously expanding our offerings and aiming to become a true financial super app for millions more.

Why Salmon?

- Exponential Growth: In 2025, we more than doubled our deposits, loans, and net income.

- Top-Tier Team: Work alongside experts from fintech, banking, startups, and global companies.

- Innovation: We are at the intersection of finance and technology, shaping the future with bold ideas every day.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Category Growth Manager to drive our Auto & Moto financing marketplace (moto.salmon.ph http://moto.salmon.ph). This is a builder-operator role: you'll own the roadmap of partner projects with motorcycle and automotive brands and dealers, and personally build and execute campaigns that grow financing volume — driven primarily through digital channels and social media, not traditional branch or floor processes.

You'll sit at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and growth: winning brand and dealer partners, designing joint campaigns, and turning them into measurable results across our digital product. If you love building partnerships from scratch, running campaigns end to end, and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute a roadmap of partner projects with motorcycle/auto brands and dealers, focused on digital channels (moto.salmon.ph http://moto.salmon.ph and social networks).

- Initiate and lead partner discussions — negotiate campaign mechanics, co-marketing terms, and launch timelines.

- Design and run promotional and co-marketing campaigns that drive financing volume, sales, and partner engagement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for promotional activity with your partners.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Credit to translate business goals into live campaigns.

- Develop joint media and co-marketing initiatives where partners contribute budget and promotional support.

- Measure campaign performance and scale what works across partners, categories, and regions.

- Build long-term relationships with key dealer groups, distributors, and vehicle brands.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, trade marketing, category management, account management, or a similar hands-on commercial role.

- A builder-executor — you personally drive projects end to end, rather than managing a team that does the work.

- Proven experience building partnerships and negotiating commercial/co-marketing initiatives with external partners (brands, dealers, distributors, or merchant networks).

- Comfort driving growth through digital channels, e-commerce, and social media.

- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills; able to run multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.

- Analytical mindset — able to measure campaign effectiveness and act on the data.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in automotive, motorcycle, or mobility ecosystems.

- E-commerce or marketplace background.

- PR or marketing experience (campaigns, co-marketing, brand activations, social).

- Experience working with dealerships, distributors, importers, or manufacturers.

Why It's Great to Work With Us

- Help build a category-defining product in one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing fintechs.

- Build strategic partnerships with leading dealers and vehicle brands.

- High ownership, fast execution, and direct impact on business growth.

- A licensed neobank with ambitions to become a Southeast Asian unicorn, backed by 200MM+ in funding.

What We Offer

- Passionate international team; rapid, merit-based growth with international advancement opportunities.

- Performance-based rewards and competitive compensation.

- New office in Manila with remote/hybrid options.

- Medical insurance and health & wellness benefits, plus regular team events.
