About this role

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships. Promote and sell mooncakes and other festive products, while making suitable product recommendations based on customer needs. Perform stock replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability. Maintain kiosk cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays at all times. Assist with kiosk set-up, daily opening activities, and closing procedures. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Support sales targets and contribute to achieving overall kiosk performance goals. Requirements Warm and hospitable, preferably with relevant experience Able to commit during the Festival Period (Mid August to Mid September) Able to lift and carry heavy boxes
