Avis Greece is seeking a dedicated Car Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the acquisition of vehicles. This position involves managing vehicle orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating with internal stakeholders .

🎯 Your Mission:

• Coordinate vehicle orders with importers, manufacturers and suppliers.

• Monitor delivery schedules and timelines to ensure fleet availability targets are met.

• Follow up with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve delay issues.

• Maintain accurate data within company systems.

• Coordinate vehicle registration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

• Review and verify supplier invoices against approved vehicle orders and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business requirements.

• Participate in supplier communication and performance monitoring.
Requirements
🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.

• A master’s degree will be considered as an asset.

• 2 years of working experience in similar position

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)

• Excellent command of MS-Office applications

• Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
