* Identify and originate new investment opportunities in the real estate market * Build and manage a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders * Develop financial models and investment cases for complex transactions * Conduct market research, trend analysis, and due diligence * Advise clients on transaction structuring and investment strategies * Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda * Collaborate with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end * Contribute to the growth and positioning of the business unit
