Duties & Role:
Logisitics:
receive equipment in EBA
label equipment
organize transport to Tech Support
handle the return of replaced equipment
transfer equipment out of account holder's BL in EBA
transport returned equipment to CSSC
process the disposal (letter preparation for ROS)
CIS assets inventory:
support physical wall-to-wall inventory if required
coordinate inventory with AHs
update the AHs database
search in systems/physically when assets not found
handle turned-in equipment, including disposal
chase AHs if their EOT date approaches
make sure all accounts have valid AH, if not search for one.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
IT assets minimum knowledge
Min 5 years-experience in LOG
Knowledge of LOG/Asset Management NATO rules is a plus
Well organized
Driving license is a must
Forklift handling license is good to have
Likes to work on the field BUT also update admin information in our database
