Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva and São Paulo.&nbsp;</p></div><h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h4> <p>We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of technology and software solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing projects related to Salesforce implementations and integrations and a proven track record of effectively collaborating with 3rd party vendors and implementation consultants.&nbsp;</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4919" data-local-id="539e896f508a">Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="5129" data-local-id="728da2af05ba">The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Canada. The current range for this role is $102,000 - $127,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="5330" data-local-id="3a4ee803656b">Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.</p> <p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end project management for technology and software implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases</li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help&nbsp; business analysts and solution architects gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd party vendors involved in initiatives; ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change control logs</li> <li>Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success</li> <li>Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews, to ensure alignment and transparency across all stakeholders</li> <li>Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to our Internal Center or Excellence committee</li> <li>Monitor project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints</li> <li>Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by developing efficient operational processes and frameworks where none exist or promoting process and system enhancements where necessary</li> <li>Work with the Business Operations - Systems Director to help with overall Program Management within the organization</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>A natural relationship builder with demonstrated experience forging connections across all levels and with partners</li> <li>Exceptional ability to navigate and find opportunities within ambiguous situations, turning uncertainty into actionable strategy</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at distilling complex ideas into executable plans</li> <li>Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of actively engaging and influencing various team members</li> <li>Knowledge of the financial services industry is considered a substantial asset</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce required. Certifications in the following are desirable:</li> <ul> <li>Salesforce CPQ</li> <li>ServiceCloud</li> <li>AppBuilder</li> <li>Agentforce</li> </ul> <li>Experience in managing Agile teams acting as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.&nbsp; Certifications in the following are desirable</li> <ul> <li>PMI-PMP</li> <li>CSM (ScrumAlliance)</li> </ul> <li>Experience in the use and administration of Atlassian products including Confluence and…
