Conduct fit/gap analyses to identify areas for customization and develop detailed design specifications when necessary. Strive to implement standard processes while minimizing customization. Balance the need for automated solutions with the practicality of manual processes, recommending the best approach based on business needs. Ensure that these processes are optimized for both efficiency and scalability, while aligning with Axon’s operational goals.
