This role owns delivery and ongoing product management for critical finance platforms that support close, consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting. In the near term, you will lead two high-visibility initiatives: the implementation of Axon’s Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform and a major </span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-5"><span data-text="true">RevStream upgrade</span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-6"><span data-text="true">. Over time, you will operate as the product owner for assigned finance systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and ensuring measurable business outcomes across Finance. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, IT, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. You own </span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-7"><span data-text="true">what</span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-8"><span data-text="true"> gets delivered and </span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-9"><span data-text="true">why</span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-10"><span data-text="true">; technical teams own </span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-11"><span data-text="true">how</span></span><span data-offset-key="8msfl-0-12"><span data-text="true"> it is built.</span></span></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p><strong>Location: </strong>This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays. We believe connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to support meaningful teamwork and mentorship.<strong> <br>Reports to: </strong>Director, BSA<strong><br>Direct Reports: </strong>None<strong><br></strong></p> <h3><strong>Product & Program Leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the Product Manager and Delivery Lead for Axon’s Finance Technology ecosystem, including consolidation, revenue management, close automation, financial reporting, and enterprise finance platforms.</li> <li>Lead the end-to-end implementation and modernization of Finance Systems, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical roadmap development, platform configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.</li> <li>Own the Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform implementation, including business process design, financial data modeling, hierarchy management, integration requirements, security model definition, and system adoption.</li> <li>Drive technical delivery of RevStream upgrades and revenue systems enhancements, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements and integration with enterprise ERP and reporting platforms.</li> <li>Translate complex accounting, finance, tax, and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.</li> <li>Partner closely…
