Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for collaboration? We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Business Performance Senior Manager. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are driven by measurable results, this role is for you.
About the Role:
• Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
• Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan
• Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making
• Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth
• Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth
• Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership
About You:
You are a highly business-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
