In-office days will be determined by location and discipline.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Business Operations Analyst at Bluevine, you will support the development and maintenance of business intelligence reporting and contribute to analyses that help teams improve operational performance. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and a variety of analytical tools to deliver accurate reporting, investigate data questions, and surface insights that support decision-making across Bluevine’s lines of business. You will receive clear direction on priorities and new assignments while building business context, technical proficiency, and analytical judgment.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You will Do:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Support recurring and ad hoc analyses that answer business questions, monitor performance, and identify operational trends</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Use SQL, Python, AI-assisted workflows, and other tools to gather, validate, and analyze data under guidance from more experienced team members</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Build and maintain dashboards and business intelligence reporting, using Tableau for visualization and SQL for data gathering</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Translate data into clear summaries, dashboards, and visual stories for technical and non- technical audiences</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Monitor reporting accuracy and investigate discrepancies, partnering with Business Intelligence and Data Ops teams to resolve issues</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Document reporting logic, definitions, and workflows to improve consistency and team visibility</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to support business needs and contribute to cross-functional initiatives</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Learn Bluevine’s business, products, and operational processes to strengthen analysis and recommendations over time</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What We Look For:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Foundational knowledge with SQL, Python, and Tableau or other business intelligence or data visualization tools</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Strong affinity for working with data and interest in building comfort analyzing large data sets</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for coding, data analysis, and workflow improvement</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Ability to follow established analytical practices, validate results, and ask thoughtful questions when data or logic is unclear</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">● Clear verbal and written communication skills across email, slides, dashboards,…
