The Business Development Manager - Technology / Engineering Sector will have the following responsibilities :

* Develop and execute the commercial strategy within your assigned region, aligned with the company's growth objectives. * Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients within industrial and manufacturing sectors. * Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities related to product development, engineering services, industrialization, and outsourced manufacturing solutions. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. * Coordinate awarded projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and customer expectations. * Collaborate with international teams to create commercial and technical synergies across the organization. * Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth drivers.
