We're growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first

- Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract

- Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side

- Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets

- Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe

Requirements

- English C1+ - you'll work primarily with US and European clients

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development Managment

- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services

- Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences

- Proven outbound track record - pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets

- Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
