What You’ll Be Responsible For....

• Generate and qualify IT business leads through LinkedIn, research, and targeted campaigns

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting to identify potential clients and decision-makers

• Manage CRM campaigns, lead capture, and opportunity tracking

• Generate business opportunities and support proposal preparation

• Follow up with prospects and clients and build strong relationships

• Support IT recruitment & technology services business development

• Handle relevant social media activities and online outreach

Requirements
What We’re Looking For...

•
1–3 years of IT/Technology Sales or Business Development experience

•
IT/Technology sales experience is mandatory

• Strong hands-onLinkedIn sourcing & prospecting experience – Mandatory

• Good understanding of theIT industry and IT recruitment

• Knowledge ofCRM and social media handling

•
Fluent English – speaking and writing

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Salary:Based on relevant experience
