YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are the financial co-pilot of Televic Rail GmbH and become part of our Management Team. You provide the analyses that show where we stand, why we stand there and what needs to happen next. In doing so, you translate numbers into clear, confident recommendations that management can work with.
In this role, you report directly to the CFO and the Managing Directors and work closely with local and global Finance as well as business stakeholders.
You bring transparency to monthly closings, reporting and forecasts for our German entity and translate numbers into clear decision-making insights for the business.

You further develop and take ownership of project controlling: you keep a close eye on project margins, costs and cash flow and challenge developments where it matters.

You turn budgets, deviations and KPIs into concrete actions: you do not simply report variances, but drive solutions forward and actively contribute to strategic financial planning – including target setting and a planning horizon of three to five years.

You stay close to the business: in close collaboration with project teams, Sales and Operations, you make numbers tangible, ask the right questions and help drive decisions forward.

You bring together local and global Finance perspectives, create transparency in international collaboration and ensure consistent, reliable reporting.

You sharpen our controlling processes, tools and dashboards so that insights become available faster and more clearly.

You establish the targeted use of AI in Finance and develop concrete use cases for more efficient analyses, reports, forecasts and processes.

You support business cases, investment decisions and ad-hoc analyses for management.

YOUR SKILLS

A relevant completed Master’s degree, for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Controlling

At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a Big Four environment such as audit, transaction services or advisory – and ready to take the next step into the business

You are confident in using AI tools and understand how they can make Finance processes, analyses and reporting more efficient

You have sound knowledge of German commercial law under HGB and are familiar with local reporting requirements

You work confidently with Power BI as well as SAP or comparable ERP systems, using them routinely for analyses, reporting and business steering

You have business-fluent German and English skills for collaboration in both local and international environments

Strong analytical skills: you quickly get to the heart of a problem and derive sound conclusions

Initiative and drive: you take ownership, bring energy to the team and move topics forward without waiting to be asked

Strong social and communication skills: you easily connect with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders

Execution strength: you translate numbers into decisions and stay focused until measures become effective
