* Own and oversee critical operational processes and control frameworks * Act as the escalation point for complex operational cases and policy-related decisions * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, **AML/KYC**, GDPR and regulatory requirements * Manage sensitive customer and account-related operations * Prepare and analyse **KPI, SLA and regulatory reporting** * Drive **process improvement** initiatives and operational excellence * Participate in audits, investigations and risk mitigation activities * Support the implementation of new products, systems and operational changes * Develop procedures and provide training to operational teams
