This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operating model design, and enterprise transformation, helping clients build scalable, future-ready organizations.</p> <p data-start="602" data-end="945">You will work closely with senior stakeholders to establish enterprise-wide visibility of business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and organizational dependencies. By translating strategic objectives into practical business architecture frameworks, you will enable informed decision-making and drive sustainable business change.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1uboqym" data-start="947" data-end="968"><span><strong data-start="950" data-end="968">What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="970" data-end="1704"> <li data-section-id="ha7v1o" data-start="970" data-end="1156">Develop and maintain Business Capability Maps, Target Operating Models, value streams, and enterprise business architecture artefacts across investment and wealth management functions.</li> <li data-section-id="vkp469" data-start="1157" data-end="1286">Translate business strategy into structured business architecture services, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.</li> <li data-section-id="spxjtr" data-start="1287" data-end="1425">Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, aligning business, operations, product, and technology teams around common objectives.</li> <li data-section-id="12ufzei" data-start="1426" data-end="1564">Identify capability gaps, operational dependencies, and opportunities for business innovation, scalability, and efficiency improvements.</li> <li data-section-id="vux957" data-start="1565" data-end="1704">Establish and govern business architecture standards, methodologies, and practices to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="xs10nj" data-start="1706" data-end="1735"><span><strong data-start="1709" data-end="1735">What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h2> <ul data-start="1737" data-end="2440"> <li data-section-id="1cq1f6j" data-start="1737" data-end="1871">Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic transformation role within financial services.</li> <li data-section-id="78weee" data-start="1872" data-end="1993">Strong understanding of brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, and digital financial services operating models.</li> <li data-section-id="s653o5" data-start="1994" data-end="2154">Experience designing enterprise business architecture artefacts, including capability maps, target operating models, governance frameworks, and value streams.</li> <li data-section-id="bu4lfy" data-start="2155" data-end="2291">Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.</li> <li…
