You will play a key role in translating business processes into scalable digital workplace solutions.</p> <hr data-start="1431" data-end="1434"> <h2 data-start="1436" data-end="1466"><strong data-start="1439" data-end="1466">What will you be doing?</strong></h2> <p data-start="1468" data-end="1678">The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and supporting collaboration platforms, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures requirements are clearly defined throughout the implementation lifecycle.</p> <h3 data-start="1680" data-end="1723"><strong data-start="1684" data-end="1723">Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1725" data-end="2781"> <li data-start="1725" data-end="1827"> <p data-start="1727" data-end="1827">Lead requirements gathering and analysis for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementation projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="1828" data-end="1930"> <p data-start="1830" data-end="1930">Analyze business processes related to document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.</p> </li> <li data-start="1931" data-end="2099"> <p data-start="1933" data-end="2099">Produce deliverables including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, information architecture, and site structure designs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2100" data-end="2205"> <p data-start="2102" data-end="2205">Work with stakeholders to define governance, permissions models, and content organization strategies.</p> </li> <li data-start="2206" data-end="2314"> <p data-start="2208" data-end="2314">Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical consultants and developers.</p> </li> <li data-start="2315" data-end="2392"> <p data-start="2317" data-end="2392">Support SharePoint site design, migration, and implementation activities.</p> </li> <li data-start="2393" data-end="2495"> <p data-start="2395" data-end="2495">Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business users to understand collaboration needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2496" data-end="2585"> <p data-start="2498" data-end="2585">Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.</p> </li> <li data-start="2586" data-end="2686"> <p data-start="2588" data-end="2686">Collaborate with project managers to support planning, scope definition, and delivery timelines.</p> </li> <li data-start="2687" data-end="2781"> <p data-start="2689" data-end="2781">Drive user adoption by supporting change management and training initiatives where required.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2783" data-end="2786"> <h2 data-start="2788" data-end="2818"><strong data-start="2791" data-end="2818">What We Are Looking For</strong></h2> <p data-start="2820" data-end="2962">We seek individuals who are agile, passionate, and collaborative—those who bring fresh ideas and are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.</p> <p data-start="2964" data-end="3005">To succeed in this role, you should have:</p> <ul data-start="3007" data-end="3937"> <li data-start="3007" data-end="3092"> <p data-start="3009" data-end="3092">Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</p> </li> <li…
