Over deze functie

I am currently supporting a client leading international **industrial manufacturing organisation based in Antwerp**, we are looking for an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to join a major business transformation programme.

The organisation is undertaking a significant transformation of its core business and operational processes, including the modernisation and harmonisation of ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and related business systems.
This is a business-critical transformation programme involving multiple stakeholders across manufacturing sites and functions, with a strong focus on **process standardisation, operational efficiency and the transition from legacy ways of working to a modern target operating model**.

**Terms**

* **Freelance / Long-term contract** \- 12 months, with possible extensions
* **Location:** Antwerp, Belgium
* **Hybrid:** 2 days on-site per week
* **Language:** English-speaking (Dutch is beneficial)
* **Rate:** Negotiable depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyse and document current **AS-IS manufacturing and supply chain processes**
* Define and document **TO-BE processes** as part of the transformation programme
* Lead requirements gathering across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Operations
* Facilitate workshops with business process owners, subject matter experts and key stakeholders
* Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation and improvement
* Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and specifications
* Perform fit-gap analysis between existing processes, business requirements and the target ERP / business systems
* Support the design and implementation of harmonised processes across multiple manufacturing sites
* Work closely with ERP functional teams, solution architects, technical teams and implementation partners
* Support integration and process dependencies across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics
* Contribute to data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
* Ensure business requirements and process documentation remain aligned throughout the transformation
* Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical / implementation teams
* Support change adoption and the transition to the new processes and systems
