You will play a key role in translating accounting and operational needs into scalable system solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.</p> <hr data-start="1638" data-end="1641"> <h2 data-start="1643" data-end="1673"><strong data-start="1646" data-end="1673">What will you be doing?</strong></h2> <p data-start="1675" data-end="1896">The Business Analyst analyzes financial business processes and supporting systems, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures business and functional requirements are clearly defined throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <h3 data-start="1898" data-end="1941"><strong data-start="1902" data-end="1941">Your Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1943" data-end="3020"> <li data-start="1943" data-end="2045"> <p data-start="1945" data-end="2045">Lead requirements gathering activities for finance system implementation and enhancement projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="2046" data-end="2142"> <p data-start="2048" data-end="2142">Analyze and document finance-related business processes, workflows, and system requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="2143" data-end="2276"> <p data-start="2145" data-end="2276">Prepare key deliverables including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.</p> </li> <li data-start="2277" data-end="2392"> <p data-start="2279" data-end="2392">Translate finance and accounting requirements into functional specifications understandable by technical teams.</p> </li> <li data-start="2393" data-end="2500"> <p data-start="2395" data-end="2500">Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders to understand business needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2501" data-end="2601"> <p data-start="2503" data-end="2601">Support system configuration discussions, data migration validation, and integration activities.</p> </li> <li data-start="2602" data-end="2691"> <p data-start="2604" data-end="2691">Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.</p> </li> <li data-start="2692" data-end="2819"> <p data-start="2694" data-end="2819">Work with developers and subject matter experts to balance business usability with system performance and compliance needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2820" data-end="2915"> <p data-start="2822" data-end="2915">Support project managers in planning deliverables, scope, timelines, and project execution.</p> </li> <li data-start="2916" data-end="3020"> <p data-start="2918" data-end="3020">Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive requirement alignment and solution adoption.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="3022" data-end="3025"> <h2 data-start="3027" data-end="3057"><strong data-start="3030" data-end="3057">What We Are Looking For</strong></h2> <p data-start="3059" data-end="3201">We seek individuals who are agile, passionate, and collaborative—those who bring fresh ideas and are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.</p> <p data-start="3203" data-end="3244">To succeed in this role, you should have:</p> <ul data-start="3246" data-end="4320"> <li data-start="3246" data-end="3357"> <p data-start="3248" data-end="3357">Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.</p> </li> <li…
