Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

* Project Management – Manage the portfolio of ESO IT and business transformation projects, covering prioritisation, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, budgeting and successful delivery
* Process Analysis – Identify opportunities for process standardisation, automation and digitalisation to enable scalable business growth
* Requirements Gathering – Develop functional requirements and specifications by translating the commercial and technical needs of business programmes
* Solution Design – Act as the business representative towards IT and Business Systems teams, ensuring solutions meet both current and future business requirements
* Commercial Management – Drive commercial initiatives including supplier management, contract negotiations, pricing and programme tracking
* Business Liaison – Serve as the key day-to-day link between ESO and operational IT and Business Systems teams
* After-Sales Operations – Support commercial and operational after-sales objectives by identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvement
