**What is a Business Analyst at Corlutions?**

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to help our clients optimize their business processes through smart, well-implemented software — primarily Odoo and Business Intelligence. You'll gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide every project.

You'll work closely with clients to ensure optimal use of Odoo apps such as Accounting, Point of Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, Sales and more. By diving into your client's needs and processes, and providing personalized training, you'll become the go-to expert for their management solutions.

In your first weeks, you'll get comprehensive training before jumping into your first projects — always with the support of your mentor and colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gain autonomy too. Collaboration stays key throughout: you'll be in regular contact with clients, developers, and the internal team.

**Responsibilities**

**Project Implementation (80%)**

* Gain the trust of your customers
* Analyse needs, gather and document requirements, and suggest and implement solutions (configuration, development and testing)
* Provide training
* Follow-up and communication about ongoing tasks

**Internal improvement (20%)**

* Feedback to the internal team
* Mentoring and training
* Feedback for improvement
