YOUR TASKS

As a Building Technician, you support our Facility Team in ensuring smooth and reliable site operations. You are the go-to person for practical facility topics and contribute your technical know-how and hands-on skills wherever quick, reliable and pragmatic solutions are needed in day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities include in particular:
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work in the building and on the technical infrastructure

Working on electrical equipment and systems within the scope of your qualification

Supporting general hands-on maintenance and repair tasks in daily site operations

Supporting the execution and documentation of recurring inspection and control tasks, e.g. on doors, locks, hold-open systems, emergency lighting and door monitoring devices

Troubleshooting, initial assessment and, where possible, resolving issues in the building or with operating equipment

Supporting the coordination of external service providers for maintenance, repair and servicing work

YOUR SKILLS

Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician for energy and building technology or a comparable qualification. This is an advantage, but not a must.

Professional experience in building services, facility maintenance, technical maintenance or a comparable technical environment

Good technical understanding and practical hands-on skills

Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working

Sense of responsibility and a good eye for safety, order and functionality

Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in supporting colleagues in their day-to-day work

Class B driving licence is an advantage
