The Building Manager PT - EM at CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility. This role requires ensuring that the building's physical infrastructure is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations. The Building Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to optimize building services and enhance the overall experience for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and oversee the execution of repair work.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building assets.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and monitor expenses related to building operations.

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and manage crisis response efforts to ensure occupant safety.

• Maintain accurate records of building operations, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.

• Foster positive relationships with building occupants, addressing concerns and feedback to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in facilities management or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management or a related field.

• Proven track record of managing building operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.

• Experience in coordinating with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and repairs.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants, staff, and service providers.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems related to building operations and maintenance

• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in building management.
