BS&P Operations & Performance Engineer/營運數據與製程改善工程師

About this role

We are seeking a BS&P Operations & Performance Engineer who holds ownership of KPIs deployed within the Taiwan BU, manages the operation KPIs definition and stability over-time, and provides first-level analysis of the KPIs per P&L entity. This role is in charge of liaising with the Taiwan group entity to qualitatively explain main KPIs deviations, in coordination with the BS&P Asia team.
【Key Responsibilities】
Budget Support

• Support the Taiwan Business Unit (BU) yearly budget.

• Review financial budget figures (or forecast figures) proposed by Taiwan BU entities.

• Assess the correlation between the data and the existing performance of the plant, as well as the expected performance resulting from potential revamping and improvement works.

• Lead the transformation of the yearly budget into 12 monthly budgets that can be performance-monitored.

Performance Assessment & Reporting

• Assess and report on the performance of the Taiwan BU.

Decarbonization & CO2 Net Zero Roadmap

• Lead the CO2 Net Zero Roadmap of the Veolia Taiwan BU.

• Prepare updates for the Veolia Taiwan CO2 Net Zero Roadmap and maintain liaison with Asia BS&P.

• Supervise and implement priorities for decarbonization actions (in liaison with the BS&P Project Engineer).

【Required Qualifications】

• Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.

• 5 years+ of relevant work experience

• English fluent, Mandarin highly recommended .

• AI acumen.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Familiar with EneffCo (Energy Analysis Software).

• Familiarity with Chemical Thermodynamics and Mass Balance is highly preferred.

• Veolia Internal candidates could be a plus, but not a requirement though.
