Responsibilities
Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives
Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by the company
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives.
Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind
Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs.
Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer with at least 1 year experience in a UK, US, or AUS collections account in the past 4 years
Required highest educational attainment: finished a bachelor's degree (any specialization)
