Crypto Marketing Manager
For a project leading the creation of Bitcoin Rollups, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for an upcoming crypto/Web3 project through first token sale/offering (ICO) and major exchange listing and beyond.
Key Attributes:
We seek a candidate with the following profile:

• Has previously led the communication, marketing, growth of a major project (top 150 CMC) in the early stage. With a particular emphasis on token launch.

• Desire to be very hands-on. Proven hustle and ability to execute.

• Has managed a significant marketing budget/spend.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement and participation in token sale / ICO

• Create compelling marketing content and collateral including website, white paper, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, etc.

• Engage with crypto influencers, publications, forums and communities to generate buzz and grow project's audience

• Coordinate public relations outreach, media placements and press releases

• Plan and host virtual events, AMAs, webinars to educate potential investors on the project

• Prepare project to meet major crypto exchange listing requirements

• Track, measure and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance

• Manage marketing budget and outside agencies/freelancers as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally for crypto/blockchain projects

• Deep understanding of the crypto market, ICO landscape and exchange listing process

• Strong writer and communicator able to translate complex concepts for a general audience

• Experience with content marketing, social media, community management, PR

• Knowledge of crypto-specific marketing channels and best practices

• Analytical and data-driven, able to measure and optimize marketing efforts

• Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

This role requires both strategic thinking to chart the overall marketing roadmap, and hands-on execution to bring the vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record taking crypto projects from concept through successful ICO and exchange listing.
