This is a <strong>builder role</strong>—ideal for someone who thrives in environments where they can establish standards, develop processes, and shape a digital construction program from the ground up. The BIM/VDC Manager will drive digital transformation, lead model‑based coordination, and ensure that technology enhances project delivery across all regions.</div> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"> </div> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>BIM/VDC Strategy</strong> — Develop and execute a multi‑office BIM/VDC roadmap, including standards, workflows, and long‑term digital strategy.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Function Build‑Out</strong> — Establish the BIM/VDC function across four regional offices, including staffing recommendations, process development, and technology rollout.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Model Management</strong> — Oversee creation, maintenance, and quality control of 3D models across all disciplines and regions.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Coordination Leadership</strong> — Lead clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution to eliminate field conflicts.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Technology Integration</strong> — Implement and manage digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, BIM 360/ACC, and other VDC platforms.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>BIM Execution Plans</strong> — Create, maintain, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and modeling requirements across all offices.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Team Training</strong> — Train project teams, regional staff, and trade partners on BIM/VDC tools and workflows.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Cross‑Regional Collaboration</strong> — Ensure alignment and consistency across all four offices through regular communication, audits, and shared best practices.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Data & Documentation</strong> — Ensure accurate model data for quantity takeoffs, 4D/5D simulations, and project reporting.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Innovation</strong> — Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and project outcomes.</div> </li> </ul> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Education</strong> — Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Experience</strong> — 7–10 years of BIM/VDC experience, including leading or building BIM/VDC programs.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Multi‑Office Leadership</strong> — Proven ability to scale processes, standards, and technology across multiple locations.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Software Skills</strong> — Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related tools.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_x_x_x_elementToProof"><strong>Technical Knowledge</strong> — Strong…
