Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist/ Sales consultant - Aesthetics & Dermatology

About this role

We are seeking a proactive and patient-focused Front Desk / Sales Consultant to support a newly opened Aesthetic & MedSpa practice. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setting, strong knowledge of popular cosmetic treatments, and the confidence to guide patients through consultation inquiries and schedule procedures with high-level customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation & Sales Support: Confidently discuss aesthetic treatments—including Botox, laser procedures, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), and PRP—answering patient questions and encouraging bookings with providers.
Front Desk Operations: Welcome patients, manage phone and message communications with a warm and professional tone, and coordinate provider appointment schedules.
Practice Growth & Support: Assist with opening operations, administrative tasks, and patient follow-ups to help build strong patient retention for a growing practice.
EMR Management: Schedule, update, and maintain accurate patient records (experience with AestheticPro is a plus).
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical spa environment.
Aesthetic Knowledge: Strong familiarity with core non-surgical treatments (Botox, lasers, microneedling, RF, PRP).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a high-end customer service demeanor; professional phone presence (English-speaking or Bilingual).
Software: Experience with AestheticPro EMR is a strong plus (willingness to learn system workflows required).
Mindset: Reliable, self-motivated, and looking for long-term growth with a brand-new practice.
Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, EST time zone.
