About this role

Join our remote-first, data-focused team as a Bilingual Content & SEO Marketing Assistant. This part-time role (30 hours per week) supports Visa Franchise's day-to-day marketing execution across two core areas: SEO/AEO content and social media. You will draft and refresh articles in English and Spanish aligned to our keyword strategy, produce and schedule social content, and help shape strategy in both areas as you grow. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to full-time based on performance and cultural fit, ideal for someone who brings ideas, takes initiative, and wants to grow their marketing career in a fast-moving environment.
We are a remote-first experience done right. Join our rapidly growing team of over 20+ fully remote staff who are mostly located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the same time receive exceptional opportunities for career growth working on products and features with a direct impact on the success of our companies.
Required Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on content and/or SEO

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong, publication-ready writing in both

Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, and content refreshing

Proactive and strategic: brings ideas, takes initiative, and suggests improvements instead of waiting for instructions

Comfortable juggling several tasks and priorities at once and switching between them

Comfortable working in a CMS (WordPress and/or Webflow a plus) and with social scheduling tools

Basic to intermediate graphic design skills for social content

Proficient in using AI tools to support daily work and optimize workflows

Sharp eye for detail: grammar, formatting, and consistency

Ability to work Monday to Friday within U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, or OpusClip

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, or Google Search Console

Awareness of AEO/GEO and how content gets surfaced in AI search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)

Exposure to immigration, franchising, or B2B / professional-services marketing

Portuguese language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:
SEO / AEO Content

Draft new articles in English and Spanish based on our keyword and topic strategy, handling research, writing, on-page SEO, image selection, and final publication

Refresh and optimize existing articles and pages: update copy, improve meta titles and descriptions, fix outdated information, and realign content with current keyword targets

Support SEO audits and execute on-page tasks (titles, metas, structure, internal linking)

Help optimize content for AI answer engines (AEO/GEO) so it gets surfaced and cited in AI Overviews and by assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity

Contribute to content strategy: propose new topics, angles, and content-gap opportunities

Perform quality assurance on website content: grammar, accuracy, layout, and consistency

Social Media

Draft, schedule, and repurpose social content in English and Spanish (campaign content, YouTube promotions, visa-approval highlights, reels)

Propose content ideas, formats, and campaigns; help shape the social strategy and content calendar

Create simple, on-brand graphics for social posts

Engage with the community: monitor and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and to Google Reviews

Track what is working across platforms, spot trends and repurposing opportunities, and bring recommendations to the team

Marketing Support

Support the coordination and execution of broader marketing initiatives across channels

Support paid advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google): setup, creatives, ad copy, and monitoring

Growth areas phased in over time: YouTube (scripts, video SEO, Shorts with OpusClip) and Webflow website updates

Location: Remote, ideally Argentina, open to other countries in LATAM. Must work within U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours. Part-time, 30 hours per week (about 6 hours per day), Monday to Friday. Path to full-time based on performance and fit.
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

Very competitive salary package in US dollars

15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year

Holidays between Christmas and New Year
