You translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. You bring structure: definitions, models, principles, and dashboards that are correct, performant, and easy to adopt.

**What you’ll do**

* Analyse business needs and translate them into **data models** and **KPI definitions**
* Contribute end-to-end to BI initiatives:
* **data platform design/implementation**, **ETL**, **dashboard development & maintenance**
* Help establish and apply BI standards (governance, definitions, “single source of truth”)
* Engage with stakeholders: advise, align, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions
* Stay on top of BI/DataViz evolutions and share knowledge within the team

* Communicates clearly with both **business and technical stakeholders**
* Works well in a team, while also being able to deliver independently
* Cares about quality: correctness, performance, maintainability, and clarity

**Skills we’re looking for**

**Must-have**

* Experience with **data platform** and **data modelling**
* Solid understanding of **data architecture**
* Strong affinity with BI & data visualisation (dashboards that drive action)

**Nice-to-have**

* Any experience with visualization tools such as Power BI
* Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Looker

**Languages**

* Fluent in **Dutch or French**, with a strong knowledge of **English**
