In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will shape technical strategy, architect highly available backend services, and elevate engineering standards across the board without the administrative weight of direct people management.<br>This role is critical to anchoring architectural modernization, scaling system infrastructure, and fostering a culture of technical excellence across nearshore <strong>PODs</strong>.
