Developing new products and strategies, and taking them to market efficiently and seamlessly
Designing and delivering tailored solutions, implementing complex technology assets, and leading transformation programs to establish new standards for client operations
Building clients' internal skills, knowledge, and capability in critical domains
Transforming client processes and optimizing management practices to improve performance
Experience in cards /payments - desirable
As a backend developer, you will bring:
Strong technical expertise across the full technology stack, with a particular focus on backend development.
A strong passion for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, develop and deploy, and provide monitoring and support.
Lead the design, development, and unit testing of software applications, APIs, and services in line with architecture standards and engineering best practices across financial platforms and mobile apps.
Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that incorporate automated testing and governance.
In-depth knowledge of microservice architectures and distributed system design patterns.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork.
Prior experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Technical Skills:
This position is highly technical and requires proficiency across a wide range of tools, languages, and frameworks. While expertise in every area is not expected, experience or familiarity with most will support success in the team:
Full Cycle Engineering (design, implementation, operation, and management)

Testing Frameworks: Selenium, mountebank, Pact, xUnit
DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins

Spring Boot framework
