This role requires on-site presence at the Anduril Industries Costa Mesa, CA office with travel to other locations for AV deployments, events, and support.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB&nbsp;</h3> <p>As an AV Technician, you'll be the backbone of our audiovisual infrastructure, delivering critical technical support across our campus. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge AV technology, supporting everything from daily conference room needs to high-stakes executive presentations and live streaming productions. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in solving complex technical challenges.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Provide rapid response technical support for AV issues across large event spaces and conference rooms.</li> <li>Maintain and support AV infrastructure, including hands-on assistance during major company events.</li> <li>Manage campus-wide AV equipment inventory and supply chain logistics.</li> <li>Execute setup and teardown of AV equipment for events, prepare new equipment deployments, and coordinate equipment transport.</li> <li>Resolve user issues through Jira ticketing system, walk-up requests, and deskside support.</li> <li>Conduct proactive testing and system checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.</li> <li>Deliver white-glove support for high-profile executive and government visitor presentations.</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning hardware, software, and network connectivity.</li> <li>Install, configure, and optimize AV systems for end users.</li> <li>Own podcast production and live streaming operations when required.</li> <li>Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or specialized teams as appropriate.</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous AV support coverage.</li> <li>Travel up to 25% for office buildouts and off-site AV requirements.</li> <li>Provide IT support to users as needed.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of professional Audio Visual experience.</li> <li>Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and strong collaboration abilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations with executive staff and government officials.</li> <li>Demonstrated eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to emerging technologies.</li> <li>Physical capability to perform hands-on work and lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Track record of delivering excellent customer support and resolving daily AV challenges.</li> <li>Strong technical communication skills with ability to serve as first point of contact for information gathering.</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>IT experience and technical support background.</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise AV systems and control platforms (Crestron, Q-SYS, etc.).</li> <li>Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, etc.).</li> <li>Knowledge of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Prior experience supporting government or defense sector clients.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22.60</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$30.29 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
