Key Contributions

• Design, develop, maintain, and extend test automation frameworks and scripts using various programming languages and automation frameworks.

• Strong hands-on experience in test automation, with proven experience building or significantly contributing to automation frameworks preferred.

• Leverage strong programming and software engineering skills to design, build, and enhance scalable and maintainable test automation solutions.

• Experience applying AI technologies in software testing or test automation is highly preferred.

• Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and reliability.

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test results.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in automated tests to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Perform and support performance, integration, system, and regression testing.

• Participate in code and test case reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to testing standards.

• Work with SQL and databases in hands-on testing scenarios, including writing and validating SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting.

• Monitor and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

• Participate in complex and technically challenging projects, contributing to the full software testing lifecycle.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields
Must have:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Automation software testing for Web/Mobile Applications/Devices

• Proven hands-on experience in both test automation and AI technologies, with practical experience applying AI to software testing or test automation

• Solid programming skills and knowledge of data structures, proficient in any coding languages (Java/JavaScript) and Automation testing frameworks (such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/Playwright/Robot)

• Familiar with at least one database in MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle, and capable of writing and executing SQL scripts

• Experience working on complex, large-scale, or technically challenging software projects ismandatory

• Well-versed in standard testing methodologies and tools, such as Postman and Charles

• Good/Fluent English communication is a must

• High competence in end-user mindset, problem-solving and stakeholder management
