Help shape the future of industrial automationAs an Automation Engineer, you take ownership of complex automation projects across Beaulieu International Group. You combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach to improve production assets, strengthen connectivity, and help shape value that lasts. You work across divisions, support sites worldwide, and contribute directly to operational excellence, safety, digitalization, and long-term business success. Your responsibilities

* Take ownership of complex automation projects from concept to implementation, while safeguarding scope, planning, and budget.
* Evaluate make-or-buy decisions and either develop automation solutions yourself or coordinate external partners.
* Deliver projects ranging from mid-life upgrades and retrofits to machine integration and the development of new control systems.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, machine safety requirements, cybersecurity standards, and group policies.
* Drive improvement initiatives that increase output, quality, and efficiency while reducing waste.
* Coordinate initiatives across divisions and translate best practices into measurable business value.
* Support data science initiatives through reliable data acquisition and the integration of ICT and MES applications.
* Execute and coordinate automation tasks and projects related to Operational Technologies, such as industrial networks, camera vision, integration of ICT/MES systems.
* Support the divisions with technical expertise in digital diagnostics.
