As a Senior .NET Developer, you play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions based on Microsoft technologies. You bring in-depth technical expertise, ensure code quality, and act as a technical mentor for the team.
**Responsibilities**
* Actively participate in the development of software components in .NET (Framework and Core) * Design scalable and maintainable solutions in collaboration with the architecture team * Provide technical coaching to team members and contribute to a culture of excellence * Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices * Analyze functional needs and translate them into technical solutions * Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of applications * Optimize system performance * Evaluate and integrate new technologies that align with business objectives.
