Associate Technical Operations Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following:
• Install and configure software and applications on client machines -Coordinate with team members to complete large-scale installation initiatives
• Respond to client and partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Resolve data issues that affect partner applications -Investigate data errors or discrepancies using internal tools, including SQL and C# queries
• Deliver technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners of varying technical knowledge
• Maintain detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate problems to the appropriate team leaders
• Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with leadership to improve team functionality
• Assist with the training of new team members through job shadowing and process demonstrations
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding new team member performance
• Coordinate with team leadership to prioritize and deliver on strategic partnerships
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional written & verbal communication
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Technical support or computer science experience/expertise
• Customer service experience especially in a phone or email setting

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.
The pay range for this position is as follows:
