Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a leader in talent acquisition, Eram Talent specializes in providing exceptional recruitment solutions across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care. The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Support the team in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes. Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
