The Position

As a U.S.-based cybersecurity leader, we’re expanding our R&D footprint in Vietnam — and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Associate Software Engineering Manager to lead development for one of our most strategic solutions: MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer.

MetaDefender Secure MFT empowers enterprises to securely transfer sensitive files across systems, networks, and borders. Trusted by governments and global organizations, we are at the heart of secure data movement — and we’re expanding its future in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role isn’t just about managing people — it’s about leading innovation, owning architecture, and growing a full-stack engineering team in a critical product space. Above all, it’s about pioneering an AI-first, agentic engineering practice where AI agents and human engineers work together — with the goal of progressively moving toward an organization where the vast majority of code is generated and maintained through AI-driven agentic workflows.
