Associate Site Manager / Site Engineer

We are looking for an ASSOCIATE SITE MANAGER / SITE ENGINEER to work on an industrial project in Northern Sweden. The position will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, and the estimated duration is until 12/2027.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the management and coordination of daily site operations and schedules

- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and personnel on site

- Monitoring the progress of site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements

- Cooperating closely with site management, project management, designers, and the client

- Handling site documentation, reporting, and other project-related coordination tasks

We expect you to have:

- Relevant electrical education (e.g. Electrical Engineer, B.Sc. or M.Sc.)

- Previous experience in substation or GIS-related projects

- Good understanding of substation construction and installation processes

- Good communication skills in English and Swedish

- Strong organizational and collaboration skills

We arrange accommodation, rental car, and trips if needed. You can work directly under our payroll or as a subcontractor through your own company.
