Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) - SMP

About this role

We are seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to join Saudi Aramco – SMP in Dhahran.
This opportunity is ideal for Saudi professionals with 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate environment.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.

• Experience in program evaluation methodologies.

• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

• Ability to design and develop interactive learning content.

• Experience in project management and handling projects independently.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred.
