As the Associate Product Owner, you will Support the vision, planning, and delivery of technology products and business process solutions. The vision includes the road-map for strategic planning, ROI, and release planning for the product. Liaison between the workstream team and the product stakeholder. Coordinate activities with other product teams so that all product work is coordinated into a combined project vision.

Responsibilities
Works closely with the Product Manager and Scrum team to implement and deliver the vision of the product
Collaborates closely with all department stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and all stakeholders’ projects needs are met.
Works with Product Manager and departmental stakeholders on the overall product vision and roadmap
Manages the technology development backlog and feature prioritization process
Translates product strategy into planned work
Works with teams to ensure business requirements are captured, executed, and sequenced effectively
Ensures that feedback and requests are integrated into the product planning and development process
Communicates project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectives for stakeholders
Assists with creating and executing learning plans and stakeholder interviews to inform roadmap decisions
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements
Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications
Education – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, (BA) from a four-year college or university in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Possesses exceptional technical skills in MS Office; which are all necessary for the creation of analyses reports and presentations, for senior leadership, relevant stakeholders, and team. Working knowledge of program/project management software preferred.
Collaboration - Familiar with, and supportive of a collaborative working environment. Advocate for process-driven, integrated business organization.
Managing Customer/Patient Focus - Promotes customer/patient focus; establishes internal technical customer service standards; provides training in customer service delivery for the technical team; monitors internal customer satisfaction; develops new approaches to meeting internal customer needs.
