Companies prioritize AI-enabled automation as the key enabler for customer experience, sustainability, and resilience.<br></em></p> <p><em>Join a team of curious problem solvers that celebrates differences, leads with empathy and values inclusivity</em><strong><em>.&nbsp;<br></em></strong></p> <p>We're looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-oriented Associate Product Manager to join the OTR &amp; Core Visibility team — the flagship product line at FourKites, used by some of the world's largest shippers to track billions of dollars of freight every day.</p> <p>This is not a traditional PM support role. You will own meaningful product outcomes from day one — working hands-on with data, engaging directly with enterprise customers, and partnering with engineering and design to ship features that move the needle on adoption, retention, and customer experience.</p> <p>You'll sit at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern software product development, and you'll need both: deep empathy for how freight actually moves, and the analytical rigor to translate that into product bets worth making.</p> <h4>What you'll be doing</h4> <p><strong>Product Ownership &amp; Adoption (40%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs for OTR and core visibility products</li> <li>Identify friction points and adoption gaps through usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops with Customer Success and Sales</li> <li>Build and prioritize a backlog of targeted product enhancements that drive measurable improvement in customer stickiness</li> <li>Support roadmap planning alongside senior PMs, contributing well-reasoned prioritization recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data &amp; Insights (30%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work hands-on with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel) and write SQL queries to independently explore feature usage and customer behavior</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track adoption trends across customer segments</li> <li>Translate quantitative findings into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog items</li> <li>Partner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation improvements and event tracking</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer Engagement (20%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in customer onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions to develop a ground-level understanding of shipper workflows</li> <li>Work with Customer Success Managers to surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain points</li> <li>Champion the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Execution (10%)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Engineering and Design through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring</li> <li>Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks</li> <li>Contribute to presales conversations and market requirement gathering alongside Solutions teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong><em><br></em></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight)</li> <li>Practical experience specifically in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations</li> <li>Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones.</li> <li>Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to build a data-driven narrative without hand-holding</li> <li>Strong customer engagement skills — you've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements</li> <li>Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows — synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, generating insights at speed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior exposure to SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring</li> <li>Experience with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools</li> <li>Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or a quantitative discipline</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like in Year 1</strong></p> <ul> <li>You independently own a product area within OTR visibility, with clear adoption and engagement KPIs</li> <li>You've shipped successful customer-facing improvements end-to-end — from discovery to post-launch analysis with significant business impact.</li> <li>Your data fluency means you're…
