Endless possibilities.</p></div><div><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br>As a member of the Engineering team, the Associate Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and scaling modern, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is focused on new feature development and digital transformation, utilizing a cutting-edge JavaScript/TypeScript and cross-platform mobile ecosystem to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.<br><br>The Engineering team at Appnovation drives innovation for clients worldwide. In this role, you will participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial architectural discussions to hands-on coding and deployment. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and senior architects to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready code using Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, and Express.<br><br>Appnovation prides itself on having an open environment focused on teamwork and growth, giving you the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while rapidly advancing your technical expertise.<br><br><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></div> <ul> <li>Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.</li> <li>Build, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native and Flutter.</li> <li>Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.</li> <li>Implement TypeScript across the stack to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reduced runtime errors.</li> <li>Create dynamic UI components and manage complex application states, ensuring cross-browser/cross-device compatibility and optimized performance.</li> <li>Develop secure and efficient server-side modules, integrating with various third-party services and internal data sources.</li> <li>Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and manage data flow between the server and the frontend/mobile interfaces.</li> <li>Utilize modern development workflows, including Git version control, mobile app deployment workflows (App Store Connect, Google Play Console), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.</li> <li>Participate in peer code reviews, contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous learning.</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are passionate about the JavaScript ecosystem and modern mobile frameworks, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in React, Node.js, and cross-platform development.</li> <li>You have a strong foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean code principles.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li>You are eager to learn from senior engineers and take ownership of specific modules within a project.</li> <li>1-2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack and Mobile Development, with demonstrated expertise in:</li> </ul> </div> <div style="padding-left: 80px;"> <ul> <li>React.js and Next.js (Server-side rendering, Static site generation).</li> <li>React Native and Flutter (Mobile UI design, state management, and native module integration).</li> <li>Node.js and Express.js (Middleware, Routing, API design).</li> <li>Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, and Dart (preferred for Flutter).</li> <li>Experience with tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.</li> <li>Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or mobile styling methodologies.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Strong collaborative and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to discuss technical solutions in a team setting.</li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <div> <p><strong>WHAT DOES APPNOVATION HAVE TO OFFER?</strong></p> <p>Appnovation’s development teams are collaborative, friendly and open, and with varied work.
