Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. </p> <p>We’re looking for an inspiring and entrepreneurial Head of Influencer to lead our expanding team. This person will be the main point of contact with our UK internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for developing long-term strategic relationships. As a thought leader they will have a continually evolving point of view on the influencer landscape and how to best leverage it for our clients.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and social media platforms</li> <li>Be an ambassador for DEPT externally through PR and public speaking events</li> <li>Monitor and follow key market trends, upskilling the team as needed, be our thought leader</li> <li>Be our external face with clients and the industry, contributing to new business opportunities and lead client pitches</li> <li>Lead on influencer strategy both internally at Dept, and externally for clients</li> <li>Develop and upskill our ambitions team as needed</li> <li>Partner with our tech & production teams, to run an efficient, legally sound, performance focussed and tech enabled process</li> <li>Prepared to travel across EMEA and work 2-3 days per week from our London office.
