We&nbsp;are </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and healthier!</span></span></p></div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>Dr. Squatch is looking for an <strong>Associate Director of Business Systems </strong>to lead the development, management, and optimization of our core business systems and integrations ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our systems align with business objectives, drive efficiencies, and scale with company growth. The Associate Director will own the team's roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and develop and execute strategic programs aligned with company goals and OKRs.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.</p> <p>This role will report to the Senior Director, Technology.</p> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.</p> <p>The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $150,000 to $175,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Team Leadership &amp; Development</em> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems engineers and analysts</li> <li>Drive clarity across the team on priorities, ownership, and expectations</li> <li>Run effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings that keep them aligned</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Strategy &amp; Roadmap</em> <ul> <li>Own and maintain a 12-month roadmap for the Business Systems team, incorporating input from stakeholders across Finance, Operations, eCommerce, and Retail</li> <li>Define and communicate quarterly OKRs and focus topics, ensuring alignment between team goals and company priorities</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce manual work, and scale operations</li> <li>Assess future business needs, perform cost-benefit analyses, and make recommendations for system enhancements</li> <li>Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and bring a point of view on where and how to apply them within the team</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Systems &amp; Integrations</em> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end health and reliability of our enterprise systems ecosystem, including platforms like NetSuite, Celigo, Boomi, Shopify, Orderful,</li> <li>Ensure integrations are well-documented, monitored, and maintained, with clear escalation paths</li> <li>Lead complex, cross-functional system initiatives from scoping through delivery, maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Operations &amp; Accountability</em> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a structured help desk and ticketing process (JIRA) that provides visibility into request volume, response times, and delivery performance</li> <li>Provide regular reporting to leadership on team performance, project status, and key metrics</li> <li>Drive a culture of proactive communication, flagging risks early, following through on commitments, and closing the loop without being prompted</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a people management role</li> <li>Deep knowledge of ERPs and integration platforms such as Celigo and Boomi</li> <li>Experience owning a team roadmap and translating business needs into a prioritized plan</li> <li>Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery, with strong project management skills</li> <li>Strong communicator who leads with clarity and keeps stakeholders informed proactively</li> <li>Experience implementing or scaling help desk and ticketing processes (JIRA preferred)</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools and a point of view on how they can improve team efficiency</li> <li>Highly organized with strong project management instincts, who is able to manage…
